K38 Rescue Proudly Presents the Phoenix 500 World Series

San Diego, CA–Phoenix Patriot Foundation, in association with K38 Rescue and Diablo Jet Ski Action 'Outlaw Racing' is proud to announce the Phoenix Patriot 500 World Series, a professional JET SKI® racing series in which combat-wounded veterans will participate in four endurance races. This World Series championship serves as a follow up to an event held on November 19, 2011. Three combat wounded veterans participated in a grueling 135 mile trek through the dynamic, unforgiving ocean conditions of the Pacific Ocean on Kawasaki JET SKI® watercraft. "Last November was more than just an ocean race on Jetskis," explains Phoenix Patriot Foundation founding member, Dave Small, "we got to know each veteran on a personal level in a challenging, but safe environment, and how we could continue to assist them in returning to a life of service to our nation and their communities."

This is Phoenix Patriot Foundation's first-phase initiative utilizing Ultra models of Kawasaki JET SKI's® to assist in rehabilitation, promote a competitive mindset, and return to being comfortable in a new body transformed through combat injuries.

Race dates and locations for the Phoenix Patriot 500 to be released later next month.
